MSI's Milano Quartzite brings a warm cream-beige with soft variation to a hard-stone countertop. Quartzite is a metamorphic stone, formed when quartz-rich sandstone is recrystallized under heat and pressure; it scores 7 on the Mohs scale (harder than granite or marble) and resists scratching and heat better than most natural stones. Available in 2 cm or 3 cm thickness; slabs are sold individually so you can hand-select the exact piece for your kitchen. Available through Fair Marble's Bridgeport, CT showroom; we keep slabs in our yard and ship statewide with white-glove fabrication and install.
